Assessment & Evaluation Policy

• Attendance: Attendance is compulsory for all assessments held during the year. Students absent for any assessment will be awarded a zero (0), and no supplementary test will be conducted.
• Failing to appear in any assessment can seriously affect a student's academic progress and promotion.
• A minimum attendance record of 75% of the total working days in each term is mandatory. In cases of health-related absences, the school may grant a waiver upon the submission of a valid medical certificate, at its sole discretion.
• Unfair Means:
  • Any breach of regulations during assessments, indisciplined behavior in or outside the hall, or the use of unfair means will result in the cancellation of the paper and a zero (0) being awarded.
  • A General Remark documenting the incident will be issued. Repeat offenses will lead to the immediate issuance of a Transfer Certificate without notice.
• Requests for the issue of the Report Card before the declaration of results will not be entertained.
• A duplicate Report Card can be issued upon a written application and payment of Rs. 500/- in case of loss, damage, or transfer.
